Q: Do I need to register to order?

A: No, you're welcome to purchase from POM Boutique as a guest by clicking 'Buy Only' during the checkout process. However if you have a voucher and would like to redeem it, you will need to create an account and be logged in.


Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and often process orders within 24 hours, so you won't have long to wait. Find out more about our Delivery Service.


Q: Can I have my order delivered to another address?

A: Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address at the checkout when you place your order.


Q: What if something I like is out of stock?

A: We do our best to keep good stock levels but sometimes due to very high demand we may sell out of some designs. Although you won't be able to order a design when it's out of stock, we can let you know when it comes back into stock. Just click the 'Email me when in stock' button in the product details page and you'll be kept up to date.


Q: How do I find out about new products and special offers?

A: If you'd like to be the first to know about new arrivals and offers why not join our mailing list? You can unsubscribe at any time if you change your mind.


Q: Can I pay online?

A: Yes, we offer a secure online card payment service.


Q: Do you offer a credit account?

A: No, we are not able to offer credit on POM Boutique orders.


Q: Can I save my basket

A: Yes, you can. If you log out without completing your order, any items chosen will remain in your shopping bag. However, please be aware that if an item sells out in the meantime your bag will not be updated.


Q: How do I know which jewellery designs are sterling silver and which are silver plated?

A: The main product description will tell you whether an item is sterling silver or plated. If you're unsure, please email and we'll be happy to help. All of our silver plated jewellery designs are Nickel-Free.


Q: Is your silver jewellery hallmarked?

A: Items that contain over 7.78g of silver require hallmarking at the UK Assay office. There are very few of our designs that exceed this weight but any that do will be hallmarked. 


Q: How do I clean my jewellery?

Q: Do you offer free returns?

A: Although we are happy to accept returns within 14 days if you change your mind, we're unfortunately not able to offer a free returns service. If you return an item to us we will despatch replacement items free of charge or refund the value of the goods at the time of purchase.


Q: How much is delivery?

A: Standard UK delivery is a FREE Royal Mail 1st Class service. Express Delivery is £6.50 per order. Find out more about our delivery rates here
